摘要
以高职院校实践指导教师队伍发展现状为切入点,借助问卷调查法从实践指导教师队伍的引、培、用、升、评五个维度对陕西省某高职院校展开调研.结果表明,高职院校实践指导教师队伍建设存在教师队伍结构不合理、定位不清晰、培训形式单一、评价考核机制不完善等问题,从实践指导教师来源渠道、培养体系、发展规划、评价体系四个方面进行优化改进,有利于提升实践指导教师的综合素质.
Abstract
Through taking the current situation of the practical guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,the study investigates a higher vocational college in Shaanxi Province from five dimensions of the introduction,training,application,promotion and evaluation of the practical guidance teachers with questionnaire survey.The results show that there are some problems in the construction of practical guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges:unreasonable structure,unclear orientation,single training form and imperfect evaluation mechanism.It is suggested to optimize and improve the source channel,training system,development plan and evaluation system of practical guidance teachers,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of practical guidance teachers.
