"1+X"老年照护证书制度驱动下高职院校护理专业康复护理课程教学改革与实践——以陕西能源职业技术学院为例

摘要
为探讨"1 +X"老年照护证书制度驱动下高职院校护理专业康复护理课程的教学改革方法与效果,选取陕西能源职业技术学院2019 级和2020 级三年制高职护理专业学生作为研究对象,2019 级学生采用传统教学方法,2020 级学生采用"课堂教学+学习通平台"综合教学方法,从课程设置、教学模式、考核机制等方面对教学效果进行评价.结果表明,2020 级学生的总均分更高,学生对教学质量的评价、总体成绩、机构对学生的评价及学生考取"1 + X"老年照护职业技能等级资格证书的通过率均有所提高,说明将"X"证书培训内容融入高职院校护理专业人才培养方案中对课程教学改革具有一定借鉴意义.
Abstract
In order to explore the teaching reform method and effect of rehabilitation nursing course in higher vocational nursing driven by"1 + X"elderly care certificate system,the study selects three-year vocational nursing students of Shaanxi Energy Vocational and Technical College in 2019 and 2020 as the research object.Students of 2019 grade receive traditional teaching method,and those of 2020 grade receive comprehensive teaching method of"classroom teaching +learning platform".The study evaluates teaching effect from course setting,teaching mode,and examination system,etc.The results show that the total mean score of students of 2020 grade is higher.The passing rate of students'evaluation of teaching quality,overall performance,institutions'evaluation of students,and students'obtainable ability of"1 +X"senior care vocational skill level qualification certificate,etc.increase.This indicates that there is certain reference significance of the integration of"X"certificate training content into the scheme of talent training of nursing major in higher vocational colleges.
