学术期刊的发展对促进学科影响力及高校竞争力至关重要.以T大学学术期刊管理为例,通过研究该校期刊现状及兄弟高校学术期刊的管理模式,分析挂靠高校职能部门的办刊模式、出版社模式、期刊中心(社)模式等的优劣势,以及各期刊(社)在期刊管理工作中面临的挑战,提出加强顶层设计、优化期刊建设布局,注重各方支持、提升期刊建设成效,推动体制创新、发挥集约管理优势等对策,以促进高校学术期刊管理工作的发展.
Abstract
The development of academic journals is very important to promote the influence of disciplines and the competitiveness of universities.Through taking the academic journal management of T University as an example,the study analyzes the current situation of the academic journals of T university and the management mode of academic journals in partner universities,the advantages and disadvantages of the journal running mode,publishing house mode and journal center(institution)mode affiliated to the functional departments of colleges and universities,as well as the challenges faced by each periodical(institution)in the journal management work.Then the study proposes countermeasures:to strengthen the top-level design,optimize the periodical construction layout,focus on the support from all parties,promote journal construction efficiency and system innovation,and play the advantages of intensive management;so as to promote the development of college academic journal management.
