运用问卷调查法、访谈法、参与式观察法了解J社区专职社区工作者的专业化现状及存在问题.结果显示,J社区专职社区工作者处于半专业化状态,存在教育培训实效低、考核评价不规范与行政工作任务重等问题,需从拓宽人才来源渠道、开展系统性专业培训、明确工作内容与职责三方面对相关问题进行优化.
Abstract
The study analyzes the professionalization status and problems of full-time community workers in J community with questionnaire survey,interview and participatory observation.The survey results show that the full-time community workers in J community are currently in a semi-professional situation.There are still problems,such as low effectiveness of education and training,non-standard assessment and evaluation,and heavy administrative tasks,etc.It is suggested to expand source channels,carry out systematic professional training,and clarify work content and responsibilities.
