省域产业生态化水平的动态评价——以河南省为例

将产业生态化系统分为"产业效率"与"生态效率",对河南省的产业生态化水平进行测算,并计算其耦合协调关系.以郑州市为代表的豫中地区产业生态化水平较高,故豫中地区应保持好生态与产业的高水平互动发展;豫西、豫南地区的产业生态化水平偏低,应在保持好生态发展的基础上提高产业发展水平;豫北地区要在保持好产业效率的基础上提升生态效率;豫西地区要重点提升生态效率.2017 年起,河南省全省的产业—生态效率耦合协调度较高,基本达到了产业-生态协调的标准.
Abstract
The study divides industrial ecological system into"industrial efficiency"and"ecological efficiency",measures the industrial ecological level of Henan Province,and calculates its coupling coordination relationship.Represented by Zhengzhou City,Central Henan has a high level of industrial ecology,so it should maintain a high level of interactive development between ecology and industry.The level of industrial ecology in western and southern Henan is low,and the level of industrial development should be improved on the basis of maintaining good ecological development.In northern Henan Province,ecological efficiency should be improved on the basis of maintaining good industrial efficiency.Western Henan Province should focus on improving ecological efficiency.Since 2017,the coupling coordination degree of industry-ecological efficiency in Henan Province has been relatively high,basically reaching the standard of industry-ecological coordination.
