摘要
在创新活动高风险及创新成果不确定的背景下,为提高科技创新效率、降低科研创新成本并促进其成果转化,把握黑龙江省企业知识服务平台的平台架构、门户系统设计、后台管理系统设计、平台服务成效等,能为企业提供更为深入、更具价值的知识服务,满足企业的多元化需求,增强企业的科技创新竞争力,帮助企业掌握更多核心技术,抢占行业发展先机,进一步推动黑龙江省高质量发展与现代化经济体系建设.
Abstract
Under the background of high risk of innovation activities and uncertain innovation results,in order to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation,reduce the cost of scientific research and innovation,and promote the transformation of its results,the study analyzes the platform architecture,portal system design,back-office management system design and platform service effectiveness,etc.,of Heilongjiang enterprise knowledge service platform,so as to provide more in-depth and more valuable knowledge services for enterprises,satisfy the diversified needs of the enterprises,promote the scientific innovative competitiveness of the enterprises,and help the enterprises to grasp more core technologies and to seize the opportunities of industry development,and further promote the high quality development and modern economic system construction of Heilongjiang Province.
