摘要
科技创新是经济增长的第一生产力,科技金融能够有效推动企业创新与科技研发,是经济发展的重要基石.以东北地区为例,分析科技金融对企业创新的影响机制,绘制散点图,发现科技金融能够通过优化企业资本结构,提高科技创新研发投入,分散企业风险,降低金融交易成本,营造良好创业环境,提高企业创新效率,推动企业科技创新发展.完善科技创新配套财政支持,强化高新技术产业建设,健全科技金融融资体系,提升科技金融服务与创新能力等能有效助力东北地区的科技创新与经济发展.
Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation is the primary productive force of economic growth.Scientific and technological finance can effectively promote enterprise innovation and scientific and technological research and development,and it is an important foundation of economic development.The study takes Northeast China as an example,analyzes the mechanism of influence of science and technology finance on enterprise innovation,and draws a scatter chart.It is concluded that science and technology finance can optimize the capital structure of enterprises,increase the investment in science and technology innovation research and development,disperse enterprise risks,reduce financial transaction costs,create a good entrepreneurial environment,improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation,and promote the development of enterprise science and technology innovation,etc.It is suggested to improve the supporting financial support for science and technology innovation,strengthen the construction of high-tech industry,perfect the financial and financing system of science and technology,and enhance the financial services and innovation capabilities of science and technology,etc.,so as to promote scientific and technological innovation and economic development.
