摘要
基于高德地图的民宿数据,综合运用GIS与地理探测器方法,分析2017-2021 年重庆市民宿空间格局演变特征及其影响因素.研究发现,重庆市的民宿布局由零散逐渐形成"一主五次多中心"的集聚态势,集聚状态显著且分布不均衡,分布重心由主城新区逐渐移动到中心城区,有持续向东南方向偏转的趋势.旅游人次、第三产业产值与居民人均可支配收入对重庆市民宿的时空分布影响程度最大.
Abstract
Based on the homestay data of Amap,the study comprehensively analyzes the evolution characteristics and its influencing factors of the spatial pattern of homestays in Chongqing from 2017 to 2021 with GIS and geodetector methods.It is found that the layout of homestays in Chongqing City has gradually formed an agglomeration trend of"one main and five multi-centers"from scattered ones.The agglomeration state is significant and the distribution is unbalanced.The distribution center of gravity has gradually moved from the new district of the main city to the central city,showing a trend of continuous deflecting to the southeast.Tourist number,output value of tertiary industry and per capita disposable income have the greatest influence on the spatial and temporal distribution of homestay in Chongqing City.
