创建绿色社区的影响因素及其发展路径研究

使用CiteSpace软件分析等方法获得绿色社区创建的影响因素,分析各因素之间的关系.通过构建DEMATEL-AISM模型获取影响因素的中心度、原因度、影响度与被影响度,建立影响因素拓扑层级图,确定 8 个关键影响因素.根据影响因素的属性与权重,确定应从加强绿色文化、提高决策成本、建立相适应的标准规范、完善绿色社区组织政策法规等关键路径推动绿色社区创建,助力"双碳"目标的实现.
Abstract
The study analyzes the influencing factors of the creation of green communities with CiteSpace software,and the relationship between the factors;obtains the centre,cause,influence and influence degree of influencing factors through constructing a DEMATEL-AISM model;and establishes a topological hierarchy diagram of influencing factors to identify 8 key influence factors.According to the attributes and importance of the influencing factors,it is necessary to promote the creation of green communities through key paths,such as strengthening green culture,raising decision-making costs,establishing appropriate standards and norms,and improving green community organization policies and regulations,etc.,so as to help realize the"double carbon"goal.
