老龄化背景下失智老人机构养老服务供给现状及优化策略——以S养老服务机构为例

摘要
老龄化背景下,失智老人养老问题日益凸显,机构养老逐渐成为失智老人家庭更倾向选择的养老方式,这对养老机构针对失智老人群体的专业化照护服务提出迫切需求.为了解失智老人机构养老服务供给现状,以S养老服务机构为例,分析当前失智老人机构养老存在的问题,发现养老机构内存在未针对失智老人设置服务专区、失智老人缺乏精神关怀、护理人员专业化程度偏低、照顾者缺乏伦理知识与压力释放渠道、专业护理人员队伍缺乏新鲜血液等问题.从社会工作专业视角出发,从养老机构居住环境与照顾服务质量两方面提出小组工作、社区工作、宏观政策呼吁等优化解决方案,能为国内养老服务机构提升失智老人照顾质量提供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of aging,the problem of elderly people with dementia has become increasingly prominent,and institutional nursing has gradually become the preferred way for families of elderly people with dementia to choose.These all proposes an urgent need of specialized care services for elderly people with dementia in elderly care institutions.In order to know the current situation of elderly care service supply in dementia elderly care institutions,the study takes S elderly care service institution as an example,and analyzes the problems in dementia elderly care institutions with interview and participatory observation method.It is found that there are some problems in the elderly care institutions:no special area for the elderly with dementia,lack of spiritual care for the elderly with dementia,low professional degree of the institutional caregivers,lack of ethical knowledge and pressure release channels,and lack of new staff in the institutional caregivers,etc.From the professional perspective of social work,optimization solutions,such as group work,community work and macro policy appeals,etc.,are proposed from the two aspects of living environment and care service quality of elderly care institutions,in order to provide references for domestic elderly care institutions to improve the care quality of elderly with dementia.
