社区居家养老服务干预对老年人生活质量的影响

摘要
为分析社区居家养老服务对老年人生活质量的影响及其对常见老年疾病知识的提升作用,随机选择150 例社区老年人为研究对象,对其进行居家养老服务干预.对其干预前后的生活质量评分和其对糖尿病、高血压等疾病相关知识的掌握程度进行比较发现:干预后,老年人的生理机能、躯体功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能等生活质量评分均高于接受干预前,其对糖尿病、高血压的病因、治疗知识及自我护理知识的掌握均高于接受干预前.社区居家养老服务可显著提升老年人的生活质量,增强其对常见老年疾病的认知与自我护理能力,推广社区居家养老服务将对老年人的生活质量产生积极影响.
Abstract
The study analyzes the influence of home care model on the quality of life of the elderly in community health services for the elderly and the improvement of knowledge of common diseases of the elderly.150 elderly people in the community are randomly selected as the research objects,and they are treated with home-based care service intervention.The scores of life quality before and after intervention,and the related knowledge of diabetes,hypertension and other diseases are compared.After intervention,the life quality scores of physiological function,physical function,social function,mental health and emotional function of the elderly,etc.are higher than those after intervention.After intervention,the etiology,treatment and self-care knowledge of diabetes and hypertension are higher than those before intervention.Through community home-based health service,we can significantly improve the quality of life of the elderly,and enhance their cognition of common geriatric diseases and self-care ability.The promotion of this model will have a positive impact on the quality of life of the aged in the community.
