摘要

为探讨学生管理模式对学业成绩产生的影响,采用问卷调查、权重计算、方差齐性检验与线性回归分析等方法,综合定量分析与定性分析深入研究学生管理模式对学业成绩的潜在影响机制.结果表明,学生管理在其学业成绩中占有显著地位,对学业成绩的影响在权重计算中表现出较高的比重,学生性别在关注与参与、沟通反馈、环境与资源等维度上存在显著差异,学生管理、关注与参与、环境与资源等因素对学生学业成绩产生显著正向影响.基于此,学校在优化学生管理模式时应注重开发个性化的管理策略,提倡性别平等,提高学生关注度与参与度,为学生提供优质的学习环境与资源.

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of student management mode on academic performance,the study conducts questionnaire survey,weight calculation,variance homogeneity test and linear regression analysis,comprehensively analyzes the potential influencing mechanism of student management mode on academic performance.The results show that student management occupies a significant position in their academic performance,and its influence on academic performance shows a high proportion in the weight calculation.There are significant differences in attention and participation,communication feedback,environment and resources,etc.There is significant positive influence of student management,attention and participation,and environment and resource,etc.on students'academic performance.Based on this,when optimizing student management mode,schools should pay attention to developing personalized management strategies,promote gender equality,improve students'attention and participation,and provide students with high-quality learning environment and resources.
