酒店类技能大赛背景下酒店管理与数字化运营专业教学改革研究

摘要
随着社会的不断进步,酒店行业发展和酒店消费需求日益更新,各类相关技能大赛的要求和机制也在不断完善.对酒店管理与数字化运营专业相关的技能大赛进行调查与分析的结果显示,全国旅游院校服务技能大赛(饭店服务)是学生展现自身专业水平和旅游院校展示办学成果、对接行业需求的重要平台.全国职业院校技能大赛对展现现代职业教育体系改革成果、彰显职业教育发展特色具有重要意义,参赛方式为个人赛和团体赛,合作与创新是大赛的突出特色.世界技能大赛的餐厅服务比赛项目以考察学生的综合能力为主,要求学生具备国际餐饮相关知识,能与客人进行良好的互动.通过举办和参加技能大赛,可深化校企合作力度,基于酒店行业的发展趋势构建人才培养模式及课程体系,使职业院校的课程标准对标酒店行业工作标准.
Abstract
With the continuous progress of society,the development of the hotel industry and the demand for hotel consumption are increasingly updated,and the requirements and mechanisms of various relevant skills competitions also improves constantly.The study investigates and analyzes the skills competitions related to hotel management and digital operation.The results show that the National Tourism College Service Skills Competition(hotel service)is an important platform for students to show their professional level and tourism colleges to show their educational achievements and docking industry needs.The National Vocational College Skills Competition is of great significance to show the achievements of the reform of modern vocational education system,and highlight the characteristics of vocational education development.There are individual and team competitions.Cooperation and innovation are the outstanding features of the competition.The restaurant service competition of WorldSkills Competition focuses on the comprehensive ability of students,and it requires the students to have international catering knowledge and be able to interact well with guests.By holding and participating in the skills competition,the cooperation between schools and enterprises can be deepened,and the talent training model and curriculum system can be built based on the development trend of the hotel industry,so that the curriculum standards of vocational colleges accords with the working standards of the hotel industry.
