摘要

为更好地做好幼儿园的幼小衔接工作,通过问卷与访谈调查法对湛江市乡村幼儿园幼小衔接现状进行调查.研究发现,湛江乡村幼儿园幼小衔教育中,存在家长对幼小衔接的认识程度不高,家长对幼儿进行的幼小衔接教育不完善,幼儿园教师超前教授幼儿识字算数等课程,小学教师与家长的衔接观念完全一致等问题,建立健全家长工作机制,提升幼儿园教师专业素养,引导小学教师重视孩子的全面发展等,是提升幼小衔接教育质量的重要路径.

Abstract

In order to link kindergarten and primary school education,the study investigates the present situation in rural kindergartens in Zhanjiang City with questionnaire and interview.The research finds that in the preschool education of rural kindergartens in Zhanjiang,there are some problems:parents'low awareness of the link between kindergarten and primary school education,education for children is imperfect,kindergarten teachers'advanced teaching of children's literacy and arithmetic courses,and primary school teachers'and parents'connection concept is completely consistent,etc.Establishing and improving the working mechanism for parents,improving the professional quality of kindergarten teachers,and guiding primary school teachers to pay attention to the comprehensive development of children are important ways to improve the quality of preschool education.
