摘要
为探究参与创新创业活动对大学生创业就业能力的影响,将创业就业能力划分为创新创业意识、创新能力、创业能力、创业管理能力四个维度,对某高校学生进行问卷调查,将从未参加过创新创业活动学生的问卷结果作为对照组,将参加过创新创业活动学生的问卷结果作为实验组,利用SPSS 19.0 软件进行数据分析.研究结果显示,实验组各维度的表现均优于对照组,初步说明参与创新创业活动对大学生创业就业能力的提升具有积极作用,从二级维度来看,学生的改革意愿、市场开拓能力等方面还应进行针对性提升.
Abstract
In order to explore the impact of participation in innovation and entrepreneurship activities on the entrepreneurial employability of college students,the study divides the entrepreneurial employability into four dimensions:innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,innovation ability,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial management ability;and conducts questionnaire survey among students in a university;takes the students who has never participated in innovation and entrepreneurship activities as the control group,and those who has participated in innovation and entrepreneurship activities as the experimental group;and conducts data analysis with SPSS 19.0 software.The results show that the experimental group perform better than the control group in all dimensions,indicating that participation in innovation and entrepreneurship activities have positive effect on the improvement of college students'entrepreneurial and employability.From the second-level dimension,students'reform intention and market development ability,etc.,should also be targeted.
