高校共青团服务大学生创新创业工作模式的构建

为破解高校共青团服务大学生创新创业工作中的瓶颈,通过文献研究法提出高校共青团服务大学生创新创业的工作模式模型,并通过问卷调查收集数据验证模型.经t检验、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析发现,由服务平台(价值培养、整合资源、项目帮扶)与实践平台(社团发展、公司运营、校政企合作)两个子系统构成的工作模式模型效果显著,工作模式成立.经人口统计学变量分析与多元回归分析发现,年级、学校教育及大众传媒是影响高校共青团服务大学生创新创业工作的三个重要因素.高校应加强创新创业教育,尤其应加强对毕业生的引导,充分发挥大众传媒的作用,为高校共青团服务大学生创新创业工作增质提效.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the work of college Communist Youth League serving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,the study proposes a working model of college Communist Youth League serving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship through literature research,and verifies the model through questionnaire data collection.The study conducts t test,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.It is found that the working model,which consists of two sub-systems:service platform(value cultivation,resource integration and project assistance)and practice platform(community development,company operation,school-government and enterprise cooperation),has a remarkable effect.The working model is established.Through demographic variable analysis and multiple regression analysis,it is found that grade,school education and mass media are the three important factors that affect the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students served by the Communist Youth League.Colleges and universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education,especially strengthen the guidance to graduates,give full play to the role of mass media,and improve the quality and efficiency of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship work.
