摘要
为了解高校学生心理弹性与就业能力间的关系,通过问卷调查的方式收集相关数据.数据分析结果显示,高校学生的心理弹性均值和就业能力及其专业能力、基础能力、个人品质、自我发展能力、人际交往能力、职业发展能力维度均值均高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平.但学生的乐观水平相对较低,专业能力和基础能力水平相对较低.由相关性分析可知,学生坚韧性、自强性的心理弹性水平得分越高就业能力及专业能力、基础能力、个人品质、自我发展能力、人际交往能力、职业发展能力的得分就越高.高校应根据学生需求引导学生逐渐转变观念,培养学生积极乐观的心态,不断提高学生的抗打击能力和就业能力水平.
Abstract
In order to know the relationship between mental resilience and employability of college students,the study collects relevant data with questionnaire survey.The results of data analysis show that the mean value of psychological resilience,employability,professional ability,basic ability,personal quality,self-development ability,interpersonal ability and career development ability of college students are higher than the theoretical median value,which is above the medium level.But the optimism level of students is relatively low,and the level of professional ability and basic ability is relatively low.Correlation analysis shows that the higher the score of students'mental resilience level of tenacity and self-improvement is,the higher the score of employability,professional ability,basic ability,personal quality,self-development ability,interpersonal ability and career development ability is.Colleges and universities should guide students to gradually change their ideas according to the needs of students,cultivate students'positive and optimistic attitude,and continuously improve students'anti-attack ability and employability.
