学生满意度与高校管理效果关系探讨

摘要
为研究学生满意度与高校管理效果间的关系,通过问卷调查等方法进行综合分析.结果表明,学生对高校管理的满意度较高且分布较为集中,说明高校管理工作效果较好.相关性分析显示,教学质量、生活质量、设施资源、满意程度和管理沟通5 个维度间呈显著性正相关关系.进一步回归分析显示,虽然生活质量在1%的显著性水平上表现出与学生满意度的负相关性,但设施资源和管理沟通在1%的水平上与学生满意度呈显著正相关关系.学校应加强对学生生活质量的管理,提升设施资源水平,改善管理沟通方式,及时回应学生的关切,定期进行学生满意度调研,确保学校管理效果持续提升.
Abstract
In order to study the relationship between student satisfaction and school management effect,the study does comprehensive analysis with questionnaire survey.The results show that students'satisfaction with school management is high and concentrated,indicating that school management is good.Correlation analysis shows that teaching quality,quality of life,facility resources,satisfaction and management communication,etc.,are significantly positively correlated.Further regression analysis shows that although quality of life shows negative correlation with student satisfaction at 1%significance level,and facility resources and management communication shows significant positive correlation with student satisfaction at 1%significance level.The school should strengthen the management of students'quality of life,promote the level of facilities and resources,improve management communication methods,timely respond to students'concerns,and regularly conduct student satisfaction surveys to ensure the continuous improvement of school management effects.
