摘要

为了解高校思政课程教师的教学质量,利用问卷调查法收集数据信息.研究结果表明,高校思政课程教师的教学质量及教学设计、教学组织、教学效果、教学管理、教学特色与创新维度均处于中等偏上水平,其教学组织能力、理论教学设计水平还有待提升.其中,高校思政课程教师的教学质量及教学设计、教学组织、教学效果、教学管理、教学特色与创新维度在学生年级上存在显著性差异;理论教学设计、理论教学组织、实践教学组织、理论教学效果、实践教学效果与制度落实维度在学生年级上存在显著性差异.共享教学经验,参加相关比赛等能有效促进高校思政课程教师教学质量的提升.

Abstract

In order to know the teaching quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,questionnaire survey is used to collect data information.The research results show that the teaching quality,teaching design,teaching organization,teaching effect,teaching management,teaching characteristics and innovation dimensions of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities are above the average level.Their teaching organization ability and theoretical teaching design level need to be improved.There are significant differences in teaching quality,teaching design,teaching organization,teaching effect,teaching management,teaching characteristics and innovative dimensions of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities.There are significant differences in the dimensions of theoretical teaching design,theoretical teaching organization,practical teaching organization,theoretical teaching effect,practical teaching effect and system implementation in students'grades.Sharing teaching experience and participating in related competitions can effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities.
