摘要
为研究高校辅导员的角色演变,通过学生问卷调查、高校辅导员面谈和阅读相关文献等方式开展研究,借助SPSS 26.0 软件进行数据分析.结果表明,高校辅导员的职能角色较为成熟,能够为学生提供学术指导,帮助学生制订职业生涯发展规划,得到了学生的普遍认可.借助主成分分析发现,关怀学生、专业支持与协作发展被认为是高校辅导员工作的核心.
Abstract
In order to study the evolution of the role of college counselors,the study conducts research with student questionnaire survey,interviews college counselors,reads related literature,and does data analysis with SPSS 26.0 software.The results show that the function and role of college counselors are relatively mature,and they can provide students with academic guidance and help students make career development plans,which has been widely recognized by students.Principal component analysis finds that caring for students,professional support and collaborative development are considered to be the core of college counselors'work.
