摘要
为探讨保护动机理论对护生口腔健康行为的影响,将调研对象分为干预组与对照组,采用口腔健康行为调查问卷、口腔保健自我效能量表、简约版口腔健康素养量表对两组调研对象干预前和干预后的效果进行评定.结果表明,护生的口腔健康行为、口腔保健自我效能、口腔健康素养得分均高于干预前,干预组护生口腔健康行为、口腔保健自我效能、口腔健康素养得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,说明基于保护动机理论的口腔健康行为干预对优化护生的口腔健康行为具有较好的应用效果,能增强其口腔保健自我效能与口腔健康素养,从而改善口腔健康.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of oral health behavior on nursing students based on the theory of protective motivation,the study divides the research objects into intervention group and control group;conducts oral health behavior questionnaire,Self Efficiency Scale for Self Care(SESS)and the short form Health Literacy in Dentistry Scale(HELD-14);and evaluates the effects of the two groups before and after the intervention.The results show that the scores of oral health behavior,oral health self-efficacy and oral health literacy of nursing students in the two groups are higher than those before the intervention.The scores of oral health behavior,oral health self-efficacy and oral health literacy in the intervention group are higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference.The oral health behavior intervention based on the theory of protective motivation has a good application effect on improving the oral health behavior of nursing students.It can effectively improve the oral health behavior of nursing students,and enhance their oral health self-efficacy and oral health literacy,so as to improve oral health.
