摘要

随着"以学生为中心"教育理念不断深入人心,高校转专业政策条件逐渐放宽,为更多大学生提供了二次选择专业的机会.通过对河南中医药大学康复治疗专业大一年级全体学生以及大二至大五年级成功转出或转入该专业的学生进行问卷调研、访谈交流等发现,大部分本科生转专业的动机是就业前景,转专业后学生的人际交往、课业成绩、参与课外活动的时间等变化都影响着学生的适应性.为使转专业学生能更好地适应新环境,高校应在大一阶段就开设职业规划课程,引导学生合理进行职业规划,及时为转专业学生提供帮助,全方位提升其适应能力.学生也应结合自身选择更适合自己的专业,并能主动学习新专业的知识,确保成绩稳定.

Abstract

With the increasing popularity of the"student-centered"education concept in universities,the threshold for universities to change majors has gradually decreased.This policy provides college students with a second chance to choose a major.The study conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews exchanges with all first-year students majoring in rehabilitation governance in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as well as students who successfully transferred out or in from grades 2~5.The motivation for most undergraduates to change majors is job prospects.After the change of major,students'interpersonal communication,academic performance,time to participate in extracurricular activities,etc.,affect students'adaptability.In order to enable students to better adapt to the new environment,colleges and universities should set up career planning courses in their freshman year,guide students to make reasonable career planning,provide timely help for students to change majors,and improve their adaptability in an all-round way.Students should also choose majors that are more suitable for them,and take the initiative to learn new professional knowledge,so as to ensure the stability of their grades.
