父母职业观念对大学生职业发展的影响

摘要
为了解父母职业观念对大学生职业发展的影响,自编职业观调查问卷开展调研,采用相关性分析、回归分析等方法考察其影响作用.结果显示,大学生职业观整体发展状况良好,大学生父母职业观各维度与其子女职业观各维度的相关性显著,父母职业观维度可有效预测子女职业认知39.6%,职业道德36.3%,职业情感36.9%,职业评价39.7%与职业理想29.4%的变异率.父母应树立正确的家庭教育理念,引导子女建立正确的职业观,对子女抱以理性的职业期望.此外,学校、社区等也应共同努力,实现家庭教育与学校教育的融合发展,营造良好的社区教育环境,共同为大学生职业发展提供正向引导.
Abstract
In order to understand the influence of parents'career concept on college students'career development,the study conducts self-compiled career concept questionnaire,and investigates its influence with correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods.The results show that the overall development of college students'career outlook is good,and all dimensions of parents'career outlook are significantly correlated with those of their children.Parents'career outlook can effectively predict the variation rates of children's career cognition(39.6%),career ethics(36.3%),career emotion(36.9%),career evaluation(39.7%)and career ideal(29.4%).Parents should set up correct family education concept,guide their children to establish correct career cognition,and hold rational career expectations for their children.In addition,schools and communities should work together to achieve the integration of family education and school education,create good community education environment,and jointly provide positive guidance for college students'career development.
