基于GIS与历史地图的1930年代江西清江盆地区域土地利用格局分析

摘要
利用历史时期地形图和相关资料重建江西鄱阳湖流域清江盆地核心区域1930 年代的土地利用格局,并将结果与1980 年全国土地利用数据进行对比分析.研究结果表明,清江盆地耕地面积的变化不大,基本维持在50%左右的结构比例.林地面积恢复明显,占比从5.48%上升至28.9%.草地面积和水域面积的比例变化较小,建设用地面积有一定程度的增长,未利用土地面积变化较为明显,说明清江盆地土地开发收到较好效果.历史时期的土地利用研究具有重要的科学意义,可以为长时间尺度下土地利用格局变化研究提供模型基础.根据土地评估与土地利用存在的问题,江西清江盆地地区应建立人才培养制度,吸引青壮年回流,加强人才继续教育,提高土地可持续发展能力,集约化利用土地,优化土地利用结构,提升土地资源的增值效益.
Abstract
The study reconstructs the land use pattern of the core area of Qingjiang Basin in Poyang Lake Basin in Jiangxi Province in 1930s with topographic maps and relevant data,and compares the results with the national land use data in 1980.The results show that the change of cultivated land area in Qingjiang Basin has little difference,and basically maintains the structural proportion of about 50%.The area of forest land recovered significantly,increasing from 5.48%to 28.9%.The proportion of grassland area and water area changed little,the construction land area increases to a certain extent,and the unused land area changes obviously,indicating the achievements of land development in Qingjiang Basin.The research of land use in historical period has important scientific significance,which can provide model basis for the research of land use pattern change in long time scale.According to the problems existing in land evaluation and land use,it is necessary to establish talent training system in Qingjiang Basin,Jiangxi Province,attract the return of young and middle-aged people,strengthen the continuing education of talents,improve the sustainable development ability of land,make intensive use of land,optimize the land use structure,and promote the value-added benefit of land resources.
