社区医护人员失智症知识水平现状及培训需求调研

摘要
有效的护理对预防失智症、延缓失智症病情发展及提升失智症家庭生活质量具有重要作用.为调研社区医护人员对失智症知识的认知水平及其影响因素,了解其失智症培训需求,选取206 名社区医护人员为调研对象,采用失智症知识量表(C-DKAS)对其进行失智症知识水平评估,采用自行编制问卷了解其失智症培训需求,运用单因素方差分析其影响因素.结果显示,社区医护人员C-DKAS量表总分为(29.08±10.09)分,受聘方式是影响社区医护人员得分的主要因素,206 名受试者中仅 3 人(1.5%)接受过失智症知识培训.社区医护人员失智症知识水平总体偏低,尤其在危险因素与健康促进、交流与行为模块得分较低.应积极加强社区医护人员失智症知识的培训,不断提升其相关理论知识与照顾技能水平.
Abstract
Effective nursing plays an important role in preventing dementia,delaying the development of dementia,and improving the quality of life of families with dementia.In order to investigate the cognitive level of dementia knowledge of community health care workers and its influencing factors,and know their training needs for dementia,the study selects 206 community health care workers as the research objects,evaluates their knowledge level of dementia with the Dementia Knowledge Scale(C-DKAS),analyzes their training needs for dementia with self-prepared questionnaires,and identifies the influencing factors of one-way ANOVA.The results show that the total C-DKAS score of community health care workers is(29.08±10.09),and the employment method is the main influencing factors of the C-DKAS score of community health care workers.Only 3(1.5%)of 206 subjects receive the knowledge training of negligence intelligence.The knowledge level of dementia among community health care workers is generally low,especially in risk factors and health promotion,communication and behavior modules.It is suggested to strengthen the training of dementia knowledge for community medical staff,and improve their theoretical knowledge and nursing skills.
