摘要

为研究虚拟现实(VR)和增强现实(AR)在体育训练中的应用情况,通过总结文献与调研的方式对二者进行对比.结果显示,VR通过沉浸式体验能提高运动员的心理素质和认知水平,AR通过实时反馈和数据分析能为训练运动员提供更准确的指导.二者在技术原理和应用场景上存在差异,VR侧重于创造全新的虚拟环境,AR注重将虚拟元素与真实环境相融合.针对VR和AR在体育训练中应用面临的技术成本较高、技术普及度不够及数据安全问题,未来应不断进行技术创新,提高设备的性能和便携性,通过跨学科研究推动VR和AR与认知科学、运动生理学等领域的深度融合,整合新技术到体育训练中,同时关注数据的隐私性与安全性.

Abstract

In order to study the application of virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)in sports training,the study compares the two with literature summary and investigation.The results show that VR can improve the psychological quality and cognitive level of athletes through immersive experience,and AR can provide more accurate guidance for athletes with real-time feedback and data analysis.There are differences in the technology principle and application situation between them.VR focuses on creating new virtual environments,while AR focuses on blending virtual elements with real environments.There are some problems in the application of VR and AR in sports training:high technical cost,insufficient technical popularity and data security.In the future,it is necessary to continuously carry out technological innovation,improve the performance and portability of equipment,promote the deep integration of VR and AR with cognitive science,exercise physiology and other fields through interdisciplinary research,integrate new technologies into sports training,and pay attention to data privacy and security.
