摘要

为提升细胞学研究在现代生物、医疗领域中的应用价值,通过举例分析法对细胞表面上的分子修饰组装及生化分析进行研究,包括DNA分子修饰组装与生化分析、仿生修饰组装与生化分析、传感界面分子修饰组装与生化分析.结果表明,分析细胞蛋白、监测细胞通信、及循环肿瘤细胞是细胞表面DNA分子修饰与组装的重要方法;细胞表面离子通道仿生修饰组装、细胞凋亡仿生修饰组装及肿瘤细胞分型分期鉴定是细胞表面分子仿生修饰及组装的重要手段;电化学分析是细胞传感界面分子修饰与组装的重要途径.此为细胞表面分子处理及优化提供参考.

Abstract

In order to promote the application value of cytology research in modern biology and medical fields,the study analyzes the molecular modification and assembly and biochemical analysis on cell surface with example analysis,including DNA molecular modification and biochemical analysis,bionic modification and biochemical analysis,and sensor interface molecular modification and biochemical analysis.The results show that analyzing cell proteins,monitoring cell communication and circulating tumor cells are important methods for modifying and assembling DNA molecules on cell surface.Biomimetic modification and assembly of cell surface ion channels,cell apoptosis and tumor cell classification and staging are important methods for biomimetic modification and assembly of cell surface molecules.Electrochemical analysis is an important approach to the molecular modification and assembly of cell sensing interfaces.This study provides reference for cell surface molecular treatment and optimization.
