The study analyzes the synthesis technology of α-hydroxy methyl butyrate.According to the reaction process of chlorination,alkaline hydrolysis,acidification and esterification,the study analyzes the influencing factors:the amount of materials,reaction temperature and time,etc.;investigates the stability of intermediate products and finished products;and obtains the optimized process conditions.
