The study explores the effect of fine nursing in operating room on reducing the degree of postoperative incision infection and nursing satisfaction of patients with cardiac surgery,so as to reduce the rate of incision infection, and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.According to the non-probability sampling method,64 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of XXX Hospital are selected as the study objects, and divided into treatment group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group receive fine nursing in operating room, and the control group receive routine nursing in operating room. The pathogenic bacteria detection, incision infection rate and infection control rate, nursing satisfaction and so on are compared between the two groups. The results show that the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria and the infection rate of incision in the treatment group are significantly lower than those in the control group, and the infection control rate is significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).These results indicate that the fine nursing in operating room can effectively prevent postoperative incision infection, promote its healing, and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
