摘要
为探究山东省乡村振兴的实现度,依据《乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022 年)》与《山东省乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022年)》中提出的乡村振兴目标任务,对2020 年山东省乡村振兴目标达成情况进行综合评价,并对 2022 年山东省乡村振兴目标任务与全国乡村振兴目标任务的实现度进行测度与分析.研究结果表明,相较于2022 年度乡村振兴的实现度,2020 年山东省在完成乡村振兴目标任务方面取得显著成效,但"农业劳动生产率""村庄绿化覆盖率""农村居民教育文化娱乐支出占比""集体经济强村比重""农村居民恩格尔系数"等指标还有待进一步提升.基于此,山东省应通过加强农业科技创新、因地制宜绿色发展、构建乡村公共文化服务体系、培植乡村主导产业、提高农民生活富裕水平等对策推动乡村振兴目标任务的全面实现.
Abstract
In order to explore the realization degree of rural revitalization in Shandong Province,according to the goals and tasks of rural revitalization proposed in"Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan of Shandong Province(2018-2022)"and"National Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)",the study makes comprehensive evaluation of the realization of the rural revitalization targets and tasks in Shandong Province in 2020,and measures and analyzes the realization of rural revitalization target task and the national rural revitalization target task in Shandong Province in 2022.The results show that compared with the realization degree of rural revitalization in 2022,Shandong Province has achieved remarkable results in completing the goals and tasks of rural revitalization in 2020,but indicators,such as"agricultural labor productivity""village green coverage rate""the proportion of rural residents'education,culture and entertainment expenditure""the proportion of collective economic strength in villages"and"rural residents'Engel coefficient",need to be further improved.Based on this,Shandong Province should strengthen agricultural scientific and technological innovation,adapt to local conditions for green development,build rural public cultural service system,cultivate rural leading industries,and improve farmers'living standards,etc.,so as to promote the full realization of rural revitalization goals and tasks.
