摘要
建立完善的工业企业碳足迹评级体系能够有效应对"碳壁垒".基于对欧美碳排放限制法案的分析发现,我国工业企业存在碳数据信息化水平低、碳足迹核算评级体系缺失等问题.建立实时数据驱动的工业企业产品碳足迹核算模型,基于可拓层次分析法构建碳足迹评级体系,提供企业获取碳关税申报所需数据,并划分产品碳足迹等级,可为我国工业企业应对欧美碳关税法案提供理论与技术支撑.
Abstract
Establishing a comprehensive carbon footprint rating system for industrial enterprises can help China effectively cope with"carbon barriers".Based on an analysis of carbon emission restriction laws in Europe and the United States,the study identifies issues in China,including low levels of carbon data informatization in industrial enterprises,and the absence of a carbon footprint rating system,etc.It is necessary to establish a real-time data-driven product carbon footprint accounting model for industrial enterprises,construct a carbon footprint rating system based on the extension hierarchy analysis method,provide enterprises with the data required for carbon tariff declaration,and classify product carbon footprint levels,etc.,so as to provide theoretical and technical support for Chinese industrial enterprises to cope with carbon tariff laws in Europe and the United States.
