摘要
从羊肚菌的市场需求与价值出发,探讨学生创新创业实践活动对农业产业链的影响.结果表明,食野菌王羊肚菌种植项目体现出学生团队将智慧农业技术与传统农业技术的结合,促进了农业产业链向现代化、智能化方向发展,同时运用现代生物技术培育出高产优质的新品种羊肚菌.学生创新创业实践活动中的深加工、合作模式及品牌建设等策略在提升农业产业链附加值方面的重要性和有效性尤为重要,能够提高农产品的产量、品质、经济效益及农民的收入水平,拓宽农产品销售渠道.
Abstract
Through starting from the market demand and value of morel mushroom,the study discusses the influence of students'innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities on agricultural industry chain.The results show that Morels Planting Project reflects that the student team have combined smart agricultural technology with traditional agricultural technology,promoted the development of the agricultural industry chain to the modern and intelligent direction,and used modern biotechnology to cultivate new varieties of morels with high yield and high quality.Strategies,such as deep processing,cooperative mode,and brand construction in students'innovation and entrepreneurship practice,etc.,are particularly important and effective in enhancing the added value of the agricultural industry chain,which can improve the output,quality and economic benefits of agricultural products and the income level of farmers,and expand the sales channels of agricultural products.
