黑龙江省公共科技金融提升企业绩效的路径研究

摘要
公共科技金融能够丰富科技型企业的资金来源,为企业科技创新发展提供资金支持与金融服务.分析黑龙江省公共科技金融对企业绩效的影响发现,公共科技金融通过引导协调市场资金、缓解市场信息不对称性来提升科技型企业的创新成果转化能力,进而促进企业绩效发展.利用相关数据绘制散点图并计算相关系数,得出黑龙江省企业绩效随公共科技金融的发展呈上升趋势,黑龙江省公共科技金融、企业创新转化能力与企业绩效三者间均呈现正向相关关系.基于此,黑龙江省应通过优化公共科技金融体系,营造良好的创新市场环境,搭建企业创新金融服务平台,提升企业创新转化动力等路径来促进企业绩效的提升.
Abstract
Public science and technology finance can enrich the financial resources of science and technology enterprises and provide financial support and financial services for the technological innovation and development of enterprises.The study analyzes the influence of public science and technology finance on enterprise performance.It is found that public science and technology finance can improve the innovation achievement transformation ability of science and technology enterprises,and then promote the development of enterprise performance through guiding and coordinating market funds and alleviating market information asymmetry.Then the study draws the scatter plot,and calculates the relevant data and the correlation coefficient.It is found that with the development of public science and technology finance,Heilongjiang Province's enterprise performance shows an upward trend,and there is a positive correlation between public science and technology finance,enterprise innovation and transformation ability,and enterprise performance.Based on this,it is suggested to optimize the public science and technology financial system,create good market environment for innovation,construct a financial service platform for enterprise innovation,and enhance the impetus for enterprise innovation and transformation,etc.,so as to promote enterprise performance.
