社工视角下福利院孤残儿童养育模式研究——以B市社会福利院为例

随着儿童福利机构专业化服务水平的提升,福利院孤残儿童的生理、心理、社会化等各方面的发展状况日益引起重视.基于社会工作视角,通过参与式观察与访谈了解B市社会福利院的养育模式现状,从需求导向的养教结合、资源链接主导的养医结合、链接社工服务资源三方面进行分析,对其养育模式的优势与不足进行探讨.针对服务供给与孤残儿童需求契合度不够,工作人员专业服务能力不足,孤残儿童在发展过程中遇到的人际交往障碍、情感连接较弱等问题,B市社会福利院应着重关注孤残儿童的个性化需求,全面提升工作人员的养育能力,健全工作人员监督机制,增强社会工作的整体服务效能,以为福利院孤残儿童提供更好的成长环境.
Abstract
With the improvement of the professional service level of child welfare institutions,attention has been paid to the physiological,psychological and social development of orphaned and disabled children in welfare institutions.Based on the perspective of social work,the study explores the current situation of the parenting mode of welfare homes in B City with participatory observation and interview;analyzes demand-oriented combination of nursing and education,resource-linked combination of nursing and medical care,and linked social work service resources;and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the parenting mode.The service supply does not fit the needs of orphaned and disabled children,the professional service ability of staff is insufficient,and the interpersonal communication and emotional connection of orphaned and disabled children in the development process are limited.Social welfare institutions in B City should focus on the individual needs of orphaned and disabled children,comprehensively improve the staff's parenting ability,improve the staff supervision mechanism,and enhance the overall service efficiency of social work services,so as to provide better growth environment for orphaned and disabled children in the welfare institutions.
