摘要
医养结合养老服务模式是医疗服务与养老服务的有机结合,旨在为老年人提供更加完善、全面的关怀.通过文献研究法研究医养结合养老服务业,发现其发展存在资源整合困难、技术与服务匹配困难、跨界合作挑战及政策法规滞后等问题.加强政策与法规支持、促进跨界合作交流、加强技术研发及提高服务质量与效率等能有效促进医养结合养老服务模式的发展.随着人工智能与大数据技术的广泛应用,医养结合养老服务模式有望实现服务的多样化与个性化,不仅能满足老年群体多元化的需求,还可提升养老服务的价值与社会效益.
Abstract
The combination of medical care and old-age service model is the organic combination of medical service and old-age service,to provide more perfect and comprehensive care for the elderly.Through the literature research method,it is found that there are some problems in the development of the service industry,such as resource integration difficulties,technology and service matching difficulties,cross-border cooperation challenges and lagging policies and regulations,etc.It is suggested to strengthen the support of policies and regulations,promote cross-border cooperation and exchanges,promote technology research and development,and improve service quality and efficiency,etc.,so as to effectively promote the development of the combination of medical and nursing services for the elderly.With the extensive application of artificial intelligence and big data technology,the combination of medical and nursing services for the elderly is expected to realize the diversification and individuation of services,which can not only meet the diversified needs of the elderly group,but also improve the value and social benefits of elderly care services.
