养老机构老年人自我效能感与心理一致感的相关性研究

摘要
为探讨养老机构老年人自我效能感与心理一致感的相关性,采用便利抽样法选取昆明市8 所养老机构的212 名老年人为研究对象,利用自行设计的一般资料调研问卷、一般自我效能感量表与心理一致感量表(SOC-13)进行横断面调研.结果显示,养老机构老年人自我效能感得分为24 分,心理一致感得分为(60.63±13.57)分,自我效能感与心理一致感及其可控制感、可理解感、有意义感维度均呈正相关关系.养老机构老年人自我效能感处于中等水平,心理一致感处于较低水平,两者均有待提高.自我效能感越高的老年人心理一致感越好.可根据老年人自我效能感水平采取针对性的干预措施,进而提升其心理一致感,促进养老机构老年人的心理健康发展.
Abstract
In order to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and psychological congruence among the elderly in pension institutions,the study selects 212 elderly people from 8 nursing institutions for the elderly in Kunming City as the research objects by convenience sampling method,and conducts cross-sectional investigation with self-designed general data survey questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale and psychological congruence Scale(SOC-13).The results show that the scores of self-efficacy and psychological congruence are 24 points and(60.63±13.57)points respectively.Self-efficacy is positively correlated with psychological congruence and its sense of control,comprehensibility and meaningfulness.The self-efficacy of the elderly in the nursing institutions is at a medium level,and the psychological consistency is at a low level,both of which need to be improved.The higher the self-efficacy is,the better the psychological congruence is.Targeted intervention measures can be taken according to the level of self-efficacy of the elderly,so as to enhance their sense of psychological consistency and promote the development of mental health of the elderly in pension institutions.
