基于社会支持理论的农村老年人生活质量提升研究——以唐山市丰南区为例
Research on Improving the Quality of Life of Rural Elderly People Based on Social Support Theory——Through Taking Fengnan District,Tangshan City as an Example

摘要
为探讨影响农村老年人生活质量的社会支持因素,提升农村老年人的生活质量,采用分层抽样法抽取唐山市丰南区60 周岁及以上的农村老年人进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括个人基本情况、社会支持与生活质量等.研究结果显示,丰南地区农村老年人生活质量平均得分为61.89,社会支持中家庭支持、亲友支持、农村社区与社会组织支持及政府支持均会对农村老年人的生活质量产生影响.农村老年人的生活质量除受个人基本情况的影响外,社会支持因素也会对其产生影响,从不同的支持主体出发提供多元化的社会支持,可有效提升农村老年人的生活质量.
Abstract
In order to explore the social support factors influencing the quality of life of the rural elderly,and improve the quality of life of the rural elderly,the study selects the rural elderly aged 60 and above in Fengnan District,Tangshan City with stratified sampling method,and conducts questionnaire survey.The questionnaire includes personal information,social support and quality of life.The results show that the average score of the quality of life of the rural elderly in Fengnan District is 61.89.Among the social support,family,relatives and friends,rural community and social organization and government all influence the quality of life of the rural elderly.The quality of life of rural elderly is influenced not only by their basic personal conditions,but also by social support factors.Providing diversified social support from different support subjects can effectively improve the quality of life of rural elderly people.
