摘要
在教育数字化背景下,构建全民终身学习教育体系是学习型大国建设的必然方向.职业教育是构建县域全民终身学习教育体系的重要一环.通过问卷调查法,研究太仓市全民终身学习教育体系发展现状,发现太仓市在构建学习型社会过程中,不断完善制度建设,落实法律保障,开展团队建设,提升服务质量,在终身学习的意识与动力、资源与设施、参与及学习内容、成果与影响等方面取得一定成效,同时也面临着终身学习的困难与挑战.挖掘教育数字化背景下职业教育在教学资源建设、教学场景更新、教学团队提升、教学方式改进等过程中的重要作用,构建政府、高校、企业、社区及个人五位主体协同交互的服务全民终身学习教育体系,有利于不断探索职业教育适应时代需求的发展方向.
Abstract
Under the background of digitization of education,building lifelong learning education system is the inevitable direction of building a learning country.Vocational education is an important part of the construction of lifelong learning education system in county.Through questionnaire survey,the study analyzes the development status of lifelong learning education system in Taicang City,and finds that Taicang City constantly improves system construction,implements legal protection,carries out team building,and improves service quality in the construction of learning society.Some achievements have been made in the consciousness and motivation of lifelong learning,resources and facilities of lifelong learning,participation and content of lifelong learning,results and influence of lifelong learning,etc.There are some difficulties and challenges in lifelong learning.It is suggested to explore the important role of vocational education in the construction of teaching resources,the updating of teaching scenes,the strengthening of teaching teams and the improvement of teaching methods under the background of education digitalization;and construct a lifelong learning education system serving the whole people under the background of digitization of education,which is coordinated and interactive by five subjects:government,universities,enterprises,communities and individuals,so as to continuously explore the development direction,which is suitable for vocational education of the times.
