大学生就业观的影响因素及其优化对策

摘要
通过问卷调查法与文献收集法等对大学生就业观进行调研,明确影响大学生就业观的因素并基于就业现状提出相应建议.研究发现,多数大学生对自身就读的高校及其专业较为满意,但对自身的就业前景不甚乐观,他们更愿意花时间继续深造或考研考公.造成这一现状的原因主要包括社会原因、家庭原因、大学生自身原因等,可以从改善外部社会环境、调整高校教育模式、做好家庭教育、提升大学生综合素质等方面对大学生就业观进行优化.
Abstract
Through questionnaire survey and literature collection,the study investigates the employment view of college students,clarifies the influencing factors of their employment view,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the employment situation.It is found that most college students are relatively satisfied with their universities and their majors,but they are not optimistic about their employment prospects.They are more willing to spend time on further study or postgraduate entrance examination.The reasons for this situation mainly include social,family and college students'own reasons.The employment view of college students can be optimized from improving the external social environment,adjusting the education mode of colleges and universities,doing a good job in family education,and improving the comprehensive quality of college students.
