高校志愿服务存在的问题及社会工作介入研究

摘要
随着我国公益事业的不断发展,大学生作为积极参与志愿活动的青年力量在高校志愿服务工作中做出了重要贡献,但仍存在一些问题.为了解高校志愿服务存在的问题,阐述社会工作介入高校志愿服务的可行性,以问卷调研的形式收集数据并进行分析,针对高校志愿服务中志愿者缺乏后驱力、缺少系统培训及志愿者服务创新不足等问题,提出社工介入路径,创建社工+志愿者联动机制,以期推进高校志愿服务高质量发展.
Abstract
With the continuous development of public welfare in China,as the youth force of positive participation of volunteer activities,college students have made important contribution to college volunteer service,but there are still some problems.In order to know the problems existing in college volunteer service,the study explains the feasibility of social work involvement in college volunteer service,and collects and analyzes the data of questionnaire survey.Aiming at the problems,such as lack of back drive,lack of systematic training and lack of innovation in volunteer service in colleges and universities,the study puts forward the intervention path of social workers,and establishes the linkage mechanism of social workers +volunteers,so as to promote the high-quality development of volunteer service in colleges and universities.
