我国教师情感劳动研究现状与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要
教师情感劳动在教师专业发展、教学效果、身份认同中发挥着重要作用.运用Citespace 6.1.R6 统计软件对CNKI数据库中2005-2023 年关于教师情感劳动的193 篇文献进行可视化分析,生成年度发文量、核心作者、研究机构、关键词分布等知识图谱.根据研究结果,提出厘清教师情感劳动概念,构建本土化教师情感劳动的理论体系,聚焦研究对象间存在的差异性,形成学术研究共同体,提升研究质量,深化"质"与"量"的整合性研究等建议.
Abstract
Teachers'emotional labor plays an important role in teachers'professional development,teaching effect and identity.The study visually analyzes 193 papers on teachers'emotional labor in CNKI database from 2005 to 2023 with statistical software CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software,and generates a knowledge graph of the annual number of publications,core authors,research institutions and keyword distribution.According to the research results,it is suggested to clarify the concept of teachers'emotional labor,construct theoretical system of localized teachers'emotional labor,focus on the differences among research objects,form an academic research community,improve research quality,and deepen the integration of"quality"and"quantity"research,etc.
