社会支持与大学生主观幸福感的关系:心理韧性的中介作用

为探讨社会支持对大学生主观幸福感的影响,考察其心理韧性在社会支持与主观幸福感之间的中介作用,采取随机取样法对1187 名在校大学生进行问卷调查.调查结果显示,大学生的心理韧性在地域、家庭经济条件与年级上存在显著差异,其主观幸福感在家庭经济条件上存在显著差异.其社会支持与主观幸福感呈显著正相关关系,社会支持与心理韧性呈显著正相关关系,心理韧性与主观幸福感呈显著正相关关系,心理韧性在社会支持与主观幸福感间起部分中介作用.故高校及大学生家庭应注重提升大学生的心理韧性水平,从而提升其主观幸福感,促进个体心理健康发展.
Abstract
To explore the effects of social support on subjective well-being of college students,and to investigate the mediating role of psychological resilience between social support and subjective well-being,the study investigates 1187 college students with social support scale,subjective well-being scale and mental toughness scale by random sampling method.The results show that there are significant differences in mental resilience of college students in region,family economic situation and grades.There are significant differences in subjective well-being in family economic situation.There is significant positive correlation between social support and subjective well-being.There is significant positive correlation between social support and mental resilience.There is significant positive correlation between mental resilience and subjective well-being.Mental resilience plays a partial mediating role between social support and subjective well-being.Therefore,colleges and universities,and families of college students should pay attention to improving the level of mental resilience of college students,so as to enhance their subjective well-being,and promote the development of individual mental health.
