摘要
社会工作站是制度化推进社会工作本土化建设的系统工程.对既有相关研究成果进行梳理后发现,在研究数量上,发文量呈现不断上升的态势.从研究成果类型上看,学术期刊论文和学位论文均有所涉及且占据重要地位.从研究主题来看,主要涉及社会工作站建设的意义与作用、理论与方法、路径与逻辑、政社关系、问题(困境)与经验(对策)、基层社会工作站督导与人才队伍建设等.针对既有研究存在的不足,需从理论与方法的多元化、研究主体的多维性、理论与实务的双向建构、横向与纵向维度等方面开展深入研究.
Abstract
Social work station is a systematic project to institutionalize and promote the localization of social work.The study sorts out the existing research results.It is found that the number of published papers shows a rising trend in the number of studies.Both academic journal papers and dissertations are involved and occupy an important position in the types of research results.Research topics mainly involves the significance and function of social workstation construction,theory and method,path and logic,government-community relationship,problems(dilemmas)and experience(countermeasures),grassroots social workstation supervision and talent team construction,etc.In view of the shortcomings of the existing research,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research from diversification of theory and method,multi-dimensional research subject,two-way construction of theory and practice,and horizontal and vertical dimensions,etc.
