摘要

新一代信息技术是战略性新兴产业,作为新旧动能转化的催化剂,人才是其发展必不可少的要素.运用科学的方法做好人才需求预测可为新一代信息技术产业人才规划的制定提供依据.以山东省为例,在深入分析人才需求影响因素的基础上,从宏观与微观两个层面选取指标因素,采用2013-2022 年的数据进行检验,预测2023-2025 年山东省新一代信息技术人才缺口较大.除要加大人才培养力度外,还需多措并举引进具有科研创新能力的新一代信息技术人才,应从"聚力内培,加强人才培养"与"注重外引,实施人才战略"两方面着手,不断完善山东科研创新人才队伍建设.

Abstract

As a catalyst for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,the new generation of information technology is a strategic emerging industry.Talent is an essential element of its development.The prediction of the demand of talents with scientific method can provide the basis for the development and training of talents,and the formulation of the new generation of IT industry talent planning.Through taking Shandong Province as an example,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of talent demand,the study selects index factors from macro and micro levels,and tests data from 2013 to 2020.It is predicted that there is great shortage of new generation of IT industry talents in Shandong Province from 2023 to 2025.In addition to increasing the intensity of personnel training,it is necessary to introduce a new generation of information technology industry talents with scientific research and innovation ability,"gather internal training and strengthen talent training"and"focus on external introduction and implement talent strategy",and constantly improve the construction of scientific research and innovation talents for Shandong.
