互联网时代大学生就业意愿及其影响因素研究

通过问卷调查的形式了解互联网时代大学生的就业意愿及其影响因素.研究结果表明,大学生对就业形势的认知及其所学专业是否具备就业优势与对就业形势的关注度呈显著正相关性.当学生自身认为所学专业具备就业竞争优势时,其对未来的就业前景就表现得较乐观.由交叉列联分析与卡方检验可知,性别会对大学生的就业意愿产生影响,并且女生的就业意愿相对弱于男生.相比工作的稳定性,大学生更注重高薪资.在选择就业岗位时会受国家和地方政策的影响,受地域因素影响的人仅占2.14%,女生更倾向选择在离家近的城市就业.大学生个人、高校及相关政府部门应在提高就业能力、提供就业支持和制订就业政策等方面共同发力,有效促进大学生就业.
Abstract
The study analyzes the employment intention of college students in the internet era and its influencing factors with questionnaire survey.The results show that there is significant positive correlation between college students'cognition of employment situation and whether their major has employment advantages,and their attention to employment situation.Cross-contingency analysis and Chi-square test show that gender has an impact on college students'employment intention,and female students'employment intention is weaker than male students'.College students pay more attention to high salary than job stability.The choice of employment will be influenced by national and local policies.Only 2.14%are influenced by geographical factors,and girls are more likely to choose to work in cities close to their homes.Individual college students,universities and relevant government departments should make joint efforts to improve employability,provide employment support and formulate employment policies,so as to effectively promote the employment of college students.
