摘要

为深入了解学业指导与职业发展的关系,采用数据分析与趋势预测的方法对调查问卷进行分析.研究结果表明,学生对学业指导与职业发展的关系评价存在较高的一致性,评分的波动较小.通过独立样本t检验可知,男女学生在指导有效性、职业规划、学职结合、客观影响及问卷整体层面的评价得分在1%的水平上存在显著差异,且男生得分明显高于女生.线性回归分析显示,指导有效性和客观影响两个维度在1%的显著性水平上对学生的职业规划能力有正向影响.学校或机构在对学生进行学业指导时应采取差异化策略,强化学业指导的实效性,定期评估学业指导对职业发展的影响效果,帮助学生适应不断变化的学业和职场环境.

Abstract

In order to deeply analyze the relationship between academic guidance and career development,the study analyzes the questionnaire data with data analysis and trend prediction methods.The results show that there is a high consistency in students'evaluation of the relationship between academic guidance and career development,and the fluctuation of scores is little.Independent sample t test shows that there are significant differences between male and female students in the evaluation scores of guidance effectiveness,career planning,combination of learning and career,objective influence and overall questionnaire at the level of 1%,and the scores of male students are significantly higher than that of female students.Linear regression analysis shows that the two dimensions of guidance effectiveness and objective influence have positive impact on students'career planning ability at the significance level of 1%.Schools or institutions should adopt differentiated strategies when giving academic guidance to students,strengthen the effectiveness of academic guidance,regularly evaluate the impact of academic guidance on career development,and help students adapt to the changing academic and workplace environment.
