摘要

通过问卷调查法对陕西某高校教师专业发展中存在的问题及影响因素进行分析.结果显示,智能教学能力、智能教育理念、职业发展潜力、智能评价能力与高校教师高质量专业发展均存在显著相关性.高校教师专业发展中存在智能教育认知不足、合作意识不强、智能教学能力较弱等问题,为此高校应加快智能条件建设,从知识、时间、空间、组织及思维等维度入手改变教师的智能教育理念.

Abstract

The study analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the professional development of teachers in a college in Shaanxi Province with questionnaire survey.The results show there is significant correlation between intelligent teaching ability,intelligent education concept,career development potential and intelligent evaluation ability,and high quality professional development of college teachers.There are some problems in the professional development of college teachers:insufficient cognition of intelligent education,weak cooperative consciousness and weak intellectual teaching ability,etc.Therefore,colleges and universities should speed up the construction of intelligent conditions,and change teachers'intelligent education ideas from knowledge,time,space,organization and thinking.
