摘要

为研究大数据赋能下的学生管理效果,随机抽取某高校170 名学生与管理人员进行问卷调查,并借助SPSS 26.0 软件对问卷数据进行分析.由差异性分析可知,相关结果在实践效果、优势评价及改进方向三个维度上存在显著性差异,且教师给予的评分更高.相关性分析结果显示,实践效果、优势评价、不足之处及改进方向四个维度在1%的水平上显著相关,强调了大数据在学生管理中综合影响的复杂性.线性回归检验结果表明,优势评价、不足之处、改进方向三个维度均在 1%的显著性水平上影响学生管理的效果,即发挥大数据在学生管理中的现有优势可以显著提高管理效果,管理者应清晰地识别并有计划地优化大数据在学生管理中的应用,以推动学生管理工作高质量发展.

Abstract

In order to study the effect of student management enabled by big data,the study randomly selects 170 students and administrators in a university,conducts a questionnaire survey,and analyzes the questionnaire data with SPSS 26.0 software.Difference analysis shows that there are significant differences in the data in practice effect,advantage evaluation and improvement direction,and teachers give higher ratings.The results of correlation analysis show that the four dimensions of practice effect,advantage evaluation,deficiency and improvement direction are significantly correlated at the level of 1%,which emphasizing the complexity of the comprehensive impact of big data in student management.The results of linear regression test show that the three dimensions of advantage evaluation,deficiency and improvement direction all affect the effect of student management at the significance level of 1%,i.e.giving full play to the existing advantages of big data in student management can significantly improve the management effect.Managers should clearly identify and plan the application of big data in student management,so as to promote the high quality development of student management.
