摘要
通过问卷调查法探析高校学生情绪智力与心理弹性的现状,揭示二者之间的关系.结果表明,高校学生的情绪智力与心理弹性均处于中等偏上水平,二者之间存在正相关关系.高校学生情绪智力及其调控他人情绪、情绪运用维度在年级和专业上均存在显著性差异;心理弹性及其坚韧性、力量性维度均在年级上存在显著性差异.高校学生情绪智力及其情绪知觉、自我情绪管理、调控他人情绪、情绪运用维度与心理弹性及其坚韧性、力量性、乐观性之间呈显著正相关关系.
Abstract
The study analyzes the current situation of college students'emotional intelligence and mental resilience with questionnaire survey,and reveals the relationship between them.The results show that both emotional intelligence and mental resilience of college students are above the average level,and there is positive correlation between them.There are significant differences in college students'emotional intelligence and its dimensions of regulating others'emotions and applying emotions in grades and majors.There are significant differences in mental resilience,toughness and strength among grades.College students'emotional intelligence and its emotional perception,self-emotion management,regulation of others'emotions,emotional application dimension and mental resilience,tenacity,strength,optimism have significant positive correlation.
