黑龙江省科技金融赋能实体经济发展研究

摘要
实体经济是我国经济发展的着力点,科技金融服务实体经济发展是我国经济高质量发展的重要基础.研究黑龙江省科技金融对实体经济的影响,通过分析科技金融对实体经济的影响机制,利用相关数据对黑龙江省科技金融和实体经济进行测度和数据拟合,得出科技金融能够推动科技创新、优化产业结构、扩大实体经济发展规模、改善当地经济生态环境,黑龙江省科技金融对于实体经济具有较为显著的提升作用,由此提出应加强科技金融投入力度、完善科技金融制度体系、提高实体经济发展质量、坚持科技创新驱动发展战略等建议.
Abstract
The real economy is the focus of China's economic development.The development of science and technology financial services to the real economy is an important basis for the high-quality development of China's economy.The study analyzes the influence of science and technology finance on the real economy in Heilongjiang Province.Through analyzing the influence mechanism of science and technology finance on the real economy,the study uses relevant data to measure and fit science and technology finance and real economy in Heilongjiang Province.It is concluded that science and technology finance can promote scientific and technological innovation,optimize the industrial structure,expand the scale of real economy development,and improve the local economic ecological environment.Science and technology finance in Heilongjiang Province plays a significant role in promoting the real economy.Therefore,it is suggested to increase investment in science and technology finance,improve the system of science and technology finance,improve the quality of development of the real economy,and adhere to the strategy of science and technology innovation-driven development.
